In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the jin138 website accessible at https://jin138.cam, including all sub-pages, services, applications, and features made available by jin138.
• "jin138", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the Platform, an internationally licensed online gaming entity.
• "Member", "you", or "your" means any individual who has registered a user account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Member through the Platform's registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and bonus funds held in a Member's Account at any given time.

jin138 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically for changes.

To register and maintain an Account on jin138, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jin138 strictly prohibits the registration or use of the Platform by any person under this age.
• You must be an individual — corporate, commercial, and institutional registrations are not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited and in which jin138 has explicitly restricted access.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of jin138, or a member of the immediate family of any such person, unless prior written consent has been obtained from jin138's compliance team.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by jin138 or any recognized responsible-gaming organization.

jin138 reserves the right to request documentation at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

Indonesia market context: jin138 primarily serves English-preference players in Indonesia. You acknowledge that the legal status of participation in offshore online gambling under Indonesian law is a complex matter for which you are solely responsible to seek independent legal advice. jin138 makes no representation regarding the legality of its services under Indonesian domestic law.

Each Member is permitted to maintain only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of the email address, payment method, device, or IP address used.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile number. jin138 reserves the right to verify any information provided at registration at any point during the Account's lifetime.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jin138 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

jin138 does not accept accounts registered or operated through automated means, VPN services for the purpose of misrepresenting your jurisdiction, or proxy servers intended to circumvent geographic restrictions. Accounts found to have been created by these means will be closed and all associated balances forfeited.

jin138 is committed to operating in accordance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. All Members are required to complete KYC verification before withdrawals exceeding Rp 500.000 are processed, or at jin138's discretion for any withdrawal amount.

KYC verification requires submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear colour scan or photograph of a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or current passport. The document must show your full name, date of birth, photograph, and identification number clearly.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last 90 days, showing your name and current residential address.
• Source of Funds: jin138 may request documentation evidencing the source of deposited funds where transaction volumes trigger AML review thresholds. This may include payslips, bank statements, or business income records.

All KYC documents must be submitted via the Account verification portal. jin138 processes most KYC submissions within 15 minutes during business hours. Complex cases may take up to 48 hours. jin138 may request additional documentation at its discretion. Withdrawal requests will remain on hold until KYC is completed and approved.

Member data submitted for KYC purposes is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are retained only for as long as required by applicable AML regulations and our internal data retention policy.

6.1 Deposits

j in138 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your Account dashboard.

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes of confirmed bank transfer. jin138 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges for which jin138 accepts no responsibility.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding account belongs to a person other than the registered Member — are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension pending investigation.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. jin138 targets withdrawal processing within 5 minutes of approval for standard requests during operational hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next operational window.

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal is approved:

• KYC identity verification must be fully completed and approved.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements associated with your current Balance must be fully met.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money Balance (bonus funds are excluded from withdrawal eligibility until wagering requirements are met).
• Your Account must be in good standing with no active compliance or fraud review flags.

Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single withdrawal limits are displayed within your Account dashboard and may vary based on VIP tier and payment method. jin138 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests that trigger internal AML thresholds, which may extend processing time by up to 5 business days.

6.3 Currency

All Balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on jin138 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). jin138 does not currently accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Member at their own bank are the Member's sole responsibility.

jin138 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which shall be read in conjunction with these General Terms & Conditions.

The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available only to Members who have completed KYC verification unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 10× to 30× the bonus amount, calculated on the bonus funds only unless the promotion specifies a deposit-plus-bonus calculation.
• Wagering contributions from different game types vary: sports betting and live casino typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; certain slot titles may contribute between 10% and 100% as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• jin138 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend its terms, or disqualify a Member from a promotion if abuse, exploitation, or collusion is suspected.
• A Member may hold only one active welcome bonus at a time. Claiming a new welcome bonus while a previous welcome bonus wagering obligation remains outstanding is not permitted.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to the satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements.

jin138 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds from a Member's Account at any time if it determines that those funds were obtained through fraudulent means, duplicate account abuse, or in breach of any promotion-specific rule.

All Wagers placed on jin138 are subject to the sport-specific, game-specific, and market-specific rules published within each product area of the Platform. In the event of ambiguity, the rules most recently published on the Platform at the time the Wager was placed shall govern.

Sports Betting: Odds are displayed in decimal format. jin138 reserves the right to suspend markets, refuse Wagers, or void bets at its discretion where there is evidence of irregular market activity, data feed errors, or events outside jin138's control (including but not limited to match abandonment, force majeure, and technical outages). Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets containing a voided leg will be settled on the remaining legs at the published odds.

Togel: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from official market operators. jin138 is not responsible for errors or delays in official draw result publications. All togel Wagers are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled by the Member.

Live Casino: All live dealer game results are determined by the respective game studio's certified random number generation or physical dealing processes and are beyond jin138's control. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live dealer game, bets already confirmed and accepted by the dealer table prior to disconnection stand and will be settled according to the game result.

Maximum Winnings: Maximum single-event payout limits apply and are displayed within each product area. Jin138 is not obligated to pay winnings in excess of the published maximum payout limits for any single event or game round.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jin138 Platform. Breach of any prohibition listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and recovery of any funds previously withdrawn:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or a different name, email address, device, or IP address.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Colluding with other Members, third parties, or Platform employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of betting based on privileged non-public information.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to place Wagers without genuine manual human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or e-wallet provider in respect of legitimate transactions on jin138.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform via VPN, proxy server, or any anonymizing technology for the purpose of misrepresenting your jurisdiction or circumventing geographic restrictions.

All content on the jin138 Platform — including but not limited to the jin138 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game content supplied by third-party studios — is the exclusive property of jin138 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not extend to any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without jin138's prior written consent.

Third-party game studio names — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — are the registered trademarks of their respective owners. jin138's use of these names is solely for the purpose of identifying the games available on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jin138 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Member or third party for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the Platform, regardless of whether jin138 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or data arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, data feed failures, or force-majeure events beyond jin138's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to a Member's Account resulting from the Member's failure to protect their login credentials.
• Any decisions made by a Member in reliance on information, statistics, or content published on the Platform.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking infrastructure, or regulatory review requirements.

jin138's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit jin138's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

jin138 is deeply committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. All Members are strongly encouraged to use the Responsible Gaming Tools available within their Account dashboard, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic reminders at intervals of your choice to track time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other prohibited activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by jin138's compliance team.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement agency.
• The Member's voluntary request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Tools.

Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any Balance remaining in the Account — including real-money funds — may be forfeited at jin138's discretion as a remedy for the breach. In cases where suspension is pending investigation and no breach is ultimately confirmed, real-money funds will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method following the completion of any required compliance review.

Members wishing to close their Account voluntarily should contact the support team at support@jin138.cam. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Member provided all KYC requirements have been met.

jin138 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jin138 will notify Members via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform and, where practicable, via the email address registered to the Member's Account.

The amended Terms & Conditions will take effect from the date specified in the notification, which will not be less than 7 calendar days from the date of notification for material changes. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms & Conditions, your sole remedy is to close your Account before the amended Terms take effect, at which point any real-money Balance will be returned to you subject to the conditions set out in Clause 13.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jin138 holds its international operating licence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

In the event of a dispute between jin138 and a Member, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally in the first instance by contacting jin138's customer support team. jin138 will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within 14 business days of receipt.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The arbitration will be conducted in the English language. The arbitral award will be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent jin138 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
